DEAR FELLOW FFL HOLDERS, 

 

Facilitating Sales/Transfers 

 

Our process is aimed to be fast, smooth and simple for the customer but more importantly we aim to reduce our fellow FFL risk and administrative labor. As such we have established the following procedure:

 

Step 1: The Customer chooses a suppressor form our website and initiates the purchasing process via our online form. This form obtains the customers information as well as secures a deposit. 

 

Step 2: From the information gathered, we locate a local FFL dealer (you) using the customers zip code. We will reach out to you via the contact information associated with your FFL to confirm you are willing to accept the FFL to FFL transfer via ATF, Eforms Form 4 as well as facilitate the transfer to the customer. 

 

Step 3: Upon your approval, we will submit the transfer, schedule the best time for delivery, as well as pass along the Customers Contact information. The ball is then placed into your court so to speak, as such we ask that you the FFL use your best business practices following your own normal policies and procedures per your own state and federal laws in proceeding with the transfer. 

 

Upon the customers final approval, at the time of payment we ask that the customers be directed back to our website to close out their purchase and the remainder of the purchase price not covered by the deposit. The customer upon making payment will receive a confirmation number that should be given to you the FFL for your records at which time you may complete the transfer and release the item to the customer. 

 

We ask that you do not charge the customer a transfer fee. The different methods of calculating these fees charged across the country makes it impossible to stand by our posted prices and our promise of total transparency to our customers, instead we offer you the FFl 15% of every sale for which you facilitate the transfer. Our suppressors range from $200 to $1600 meaning a (minimum of $30/ maximum of $240) for your time and services. 

 

Furthermore, should the customer be denied the sale, we extend to you the option of keeping the item as it has already been officially transferred to your FFl, or send it back and we will honor our original fee agreement.
