TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

MANUFACTURER: APOKRISIS

FFL/SOT: 1-64-033-07-9C-07143

LOCATION: HORN LAKE, MISSISSIPPI

I. Device Classification

  • Type of Firearm: Silencer / Suppressor

  • Model Designation: IITCS-OCT (Encompassing Design Generations V1, V2, V3, and V4)

II. Physical Architecture & Construction Materials

  • Chassis Geometry: Monolithic outer housing engineered with an octagonal multi-sided geometric profile, custom-configured for optimal surface grip, anti-roll properties, and mechanical alignment indexing. Fabricated using high-temperature polyamide matrix composites (PAHT-CF)

  • Core Internal Baffling: Contains an internal structural core featuring a primary expansion chamber leading into an extended linear mechanical baffle stack. The core features a completely enclosed internal bore liner that isolates the flight path of the projectile from all surrounding components.

  • Modular Thermal Housing: Features a variable outer housing assembly designed to secure a series of pre-filled, independent, and stackable quick-change canisters containing an internal endothermic phase-change material (ballistic gel compound) sealed via ePTFE barrier membranes.

  • Variable Mechanical Configuration (Wet / Dry Conversion): The physical architecture is dual-mode and user-serviceable:

  1. Transpirational (Wet) Configuration: The modular thermal housing sleeve and pre-filled canister stack are locked inline between the primary baffle core and the forward simplified spit trap assembly.

  2. Mechanical (Dry) Configuration: The device can be converted to an un-fluidized mechanical suppressor by removing the independent thermal housing sleeve and stackable canisters entirely, allowing the forward spit trap assembly to thread and seat directly against the primary internal baffle stack section.

III. Method of Operation & Signature Reduction Mechanics

The device reduces acoustic report, thermal signatures, and gas expansion velocity via two independent operational pathways depending on the active user configuration:

  1. Mechanical Expansion Phase (Dry Path): High-pressure propellant gases entering the core are instantly intercepted by the extended baffle network. The internal geometry forces immediate gas cutting, redirection, and turbulent velocity reduction along the enclosed central bore path.

  2. Endothermic Absorption Phase (Wet Variant): When the modular canister sleeve is active, high-pressure gas is bled into the surrounding transpirational housing. The thermal energy forces the sequestered ablative gel to transform instantly through an endothermic phase-change (Latent Heat of Vaporization), actively shrinking the gas volume and cooling the signature frontier prior to venting through the forward cap.

IV. Manufacturer Certification and Mandatory Markings

This device is manufactured under the authority of APOKRISIS (FFL Type 07 / SOT Class 02) in Horn Lake, MS. The external octagonal housing paneling features the mandatory legal markings engraved to a minimum depth of .003 inches in absolute compliance with 27 CFR § 479.102, formatted as follows:

  • APOKRISIS: Suppressor Ownership & Purchase Procedure

    Overview

Suppressors are classified as firearms under the National Firearms Act (NFA) and are regulated as defense articles. The following procedures are established by APOKRISIS in Horn Lake, MS, to ensure a safe, legal, and transparent buying process for all customers. As of January 1, 2026, the federal NFA transfer tax has been eliminated. While the financial barrier has been removed, all federal registration, background check requirements, and ATF approval processes remain strictly in effect.

    Core Policies ("Hard Lines")

    • HARD LINE 1: FFL/SOT Dealer Requirement. You must purchase through a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) with Special Occupational Taxpayer (SOT) status. Suppressors cannot be mailed directly to a consumer. Any claim that a suppressor can be shipped to your home is fraudulent and illegal.

    • HARD LINE 2: Point-of-Purchase Paperwork. All legal documentation must be completed with the FFL who facilitates the final transfer. FFL-to-FFL transfers are permitted across state lines, but the final transfer to the consumer must be executed by an FFL in the customer’s state of residence.

    • HARD LINE 3: Risk and Inventory Management. Because local dealers do not typically maintain massive stockpiles of NFA inventory, they must order specific units based on customer selection. Consequently, FFLs will often require a deposit to mitigate the risk of holding non-refundable NFA inventory.

    • HARD LINE 4: Purpose of Funds. Payments made to APOKRISIS serve as a deposit for services rendered, including consulting, locating, and facilitating the transfer of your suppressor. This deposit is non-refundable. If a customer is found to be legally ineligible to purchase the suppressor at the time of transfer, these funds cover the administrative time and costs incurred by the FFL.

    • HARD LINE 5: Individual vs. Trust. You may purchase as an individual; a trust is not required. While a trust remains an option for those interested in estate planning or shared possession, individual registration is a simpler, faster alternative.

    • HARD LINE 6: Physical Verification. The FFL cannot submit an application until the specific unit is in their possession. This ensures that the suppressor you purchase is the exact unit you inspect, hold, and register at the point of sale.

    Purchasing Procedure

    1. Selection: Select your suppressor at www.Apokrisis662.com.

    1. Order Initiation: Complete the online order form. A deposit equal to 50% of the purchase price is required.

    1. Logistics: APOKRISIS will contact an FFL in your area (or a preferred dealer identified in your order comments) to facilitate the transfer. We will manufacture and ship the unit to the FFL.

    2. Application: Upon notification of arrival, schedule an appointment with your FFL to submit your fingerprints and ATF Form 4.

    1. ATF Review: Your application will undergo an internal ATF review and FBI background check. While processing times

have improved dramatically in 2026, wait times vary by individual.

    1. Approval & Transfer: Upon ATF approval, return to your FFL to complete the final transaction. The remaining balance will be paid via our website. APOKRISIS will cover your transfer fees to the dealer using your initial deposit.

    1. Registration: Your suppressor is registered in your name in the National Firearms Registration and Transfer Record (NFRTR). This registration is permanent. Should the item be lost or stolen, you must notify local law enforcement and the ATF immediately through your FFL to protect yourself from liability.

Disclaimer: Firearms regulations are complex and subject to change. Always verify your specific situation with your local FFL/SOT or an ATF Industry Operations investigator.
