APOKRISIS
COMMERCIAL MATERIALS DISCLOSURE & OPERATIONAL ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
Device Classification: NFA Suppressor / Signature Reduction Device
Chassis Material: High-Temperature Carbon-Fiber Polyamide Matrix Composite (PAHT-CF)
I. Technical Transparency & Material Disclosure
APOKRISIS operates under a policy of absolute engineering transparency. The firearm suppressor you are purchasing features an advanced monolithic outer chassis and internal alignment core grown natively via high-performance industrial additive manufacturing. The primary substrate is a specialized, high-temperature polyamide matrix reinforced with structural carbon fiber (PAHT-CF).
By executing this purchase and signing below, the Buyer explicitly acknowledges that they are purchasing a high-performance polymer matrix composite silencer, not a traditional CNC-machined solid steel or titanium block.
II. Operational Parameters & Duty Constraints
To ensure the operational longevity of the monolithic composite chassis and guarantee baseline safety, the user must strictly adhere to the following certified material limits:
Caliber Restrictions: This traditional stacked baffle device is rated and certified strictly for rimfire (.22 LR), 9mm pistol centerfire, and subsonic pistol-caliber carbine (PCC) or subsonic bolt-action applications.
Centerfire Rifle Prohibition: This unit is NOT rated for centerfire rifle cartridges (including, but not limited to, 5.56 NATO, .223 Remington, 7.62 NATO, or .308 Winchester). Running high-velocity centerfire rifle pressures through this polymer composite architecture will cause catastrophic thermal and structural gas-cutting failure.
Thermal Firing Schedules: PAHT-CF exhibits exceptional tensile strength and multi-axis hoop-stress resistance. However, as a polymer composite, it has a strict thermal threshold under rapid-fire cycles. Users must monitor heat accumulation during high-volume 9mm PCC or rapid rimfire strings. If the exterior mantle becomes excessively hot to the touch, firing must cease immediately to allow ambient air-cooling down to base parameters.
III. Maintenance & Lifecycle
Mechanical Core Sequence: This device functions strictly through traditional mechanical containment, redirection, and controlled expansion of high-pressure propulsive gases through a linear stacked baffle array.
Aesthetic & Carbon Scaling: Normal live-fire operation will result in localized internal carbon scaling, minor surface build-up, and aesthetic friction markings. These are standard mechanical characteristics of an advanced composite signature reduction unit.
IV. Terms of Sale & Finality Agreement
No Secondary Trade-Up or Exchange Matrix: The Buyer explicitly recognizes that this standard commercial purchase does not include, encompass, or qualify for any downstream centerfire metal trade-up programs, mirrored DMLS alloy chassis transfers, or secondary serial adjustments. All commercial composite sales are final.
Permanent Registry: Under federal law, this firearm's serial number is permanently recorded in the National Firearms Registration and Transfer Record (NFRTR) under the Buyer's name/entity. The structural lifecycle of a polymer composite unit is directly dependent on user maintenance, strict caliber compliance, and thermal management.
